feat(rooms): add RoomChest nodes to Floor 0 rooms

ReceptionDesk, GiftShopShelf, RestaurantCounter, EmergencyCabinet added
to their respective tscn files. Fixes spawn_items deferred call to avoid
add_child race during _ready tree setup.
